Welcome to Sensory Rebels’ Shipping, Cancellations, and Refunds Policy. This policy outlines the procedures and guidelines concerning the shipping, cancellation, and refunds for products purchased via our website, located at https://www.sensoryrebels.com.

1. Order Processing and Shipping Times

All our beautiful designs are meticulously crafted upon order. The order processing time typically ranges between 1-3 working days. Following the processing period, the shipping times are based on the destination country, we publish solid estimates on a weekly basis which can be found at the bottom of every product page. Though they may vary slightly during peak seasons, we’re always hustling to get your order to you swiftly.

Please note that the shipping times commence post the order processing period.

2. Cancellations

  • Pre-Dispatch Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch provided that cancellation is requested within 3 hours of placing the order.

  • Post-Production Cancellation: Once an item has entered the production process, cancellation may still be possible, albeit with no guarantees. Should cancellation be feasible, a refund will be processed.

  • EU and UK Consumer Rights: In accordance with the EU Directive on Consumer Rights, consumers from the EU and the UK have a minimum 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to being informed of any exceptions to this rule prior to making a purchase. Proof of purchase or additional communication may be required to exercise this right.

3. Refunds and Replacements

  • Damaged or Flawed Items: If a product arrives damaged or flawed due to a manufacturing error, Sensory Rebels offers either a refund or a free replacement, including shipping, of the damaged item. Claims for such issues must be made with photo proof within 7 days of product delivery.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Provided that an order arrives at the specified address within a reasonable timeframe, in good condition, in the correct size, and free of production errors, returns and exchanges will not be accepted.
